Feedback form component

User story:

As a user,
I want to be able to submit feedback,
So that Younite can receive my ideas and improve.

Description:

Component for the Feedback page that has three boxes, one for entering the user's name, one for entering their email address, and one for entering their feedback. It should be clear what goes in which box (use of labels).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Box for name has label and can be typed in
• Box for email has label and can be typed in
• Box for feedback has label and can be typed in
• The three sections should be grouped

Definition of Done:

• AC met
• Applicable documentation is written in GH wiki
• PR reviewed
• Merged into main/feature branch
