using prizes collection, check for redeemed status and reset the progress bar on /leaderboard accordingly

Acceptance Criteria

• Check for redeemed status in the Prizes collection
• Reset progress bar only if true
• User is at "Congrats" page until admin checks their name off
• Create a webhook to check if the user has redeemed their prize.
