Description:

Design and implement a confirmation/congratulations screen for when the user has successfully submitted an exam.*

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Confirmation screen designed. Must include button to return to app screen.
  • When the exam is done submitting, if the user is still on the exam screen, show the confirmation page.
  • If the user clicks on the "return to home" button, redirect them to the app screen.

Definition of Done:

  • AC met
  • PR linked
  • Branch merged

*Note: this shows up after the "we are submitting your exam" popup.
