Description:

Upon submit, check for unanswered and flagged questions, then display a confirmation prompt.
Also make a submission screen.

Acceptance Criteria:

Confirmation prompt displayed upon "submit" button pressed.
Prompt displays the number of unanswered and flagged questions (with logos).
Prompt has (functional) "submit" and "go back" buttons.
Submission screen designed and implemented.*
