[VPS-118] Add new column in database (tags)

Modify the user in the backend to have an additional fields when assigned a scenario. With this assigned scenario the following fields must be linked:

• Groupmates User IDs

• Scene ID

• Whether the scene is completed

• Other relevant information (Add in comments if necessary)

• Talk with @djos192 and Jin around refining and implementation of multiplayer mode
