Basic installation can be achieved by simply cloning the Git repository.
PHP 5.4 or later is required, as the test scripts rely on the built-in web server functionality.
This code has been tested with SQLite 3.7.13, and it is recommended that you run this version or later.
Composer is required to install the dependencies listed in composer.json.
Open src/config-sample.php and edit the options to match your setup, then
save it as src/config.php.
