Unity Version : 2020.1.4f

Debugger enabled for C# ( VS Studio had been attached to editor scripts a few times before )
Had UI Toolkit debugger open and inspecting some of the elements , but i thing i seen the same problem without debugger open

Were you able to reproduce the issue? If so, what is your GPU and could you try updating the drivers?
