What went wrong?

When using ucar.nc2.ft2.coverage.writer.CFGridCoverageWriter to write a coverage (e.g. TDS NCSS) associated with a coordinate transformation, variables described by the formula_terms attribute are not included in the new data file (these were added by ucar.nc2.dt.grid.CFGridWriter2).
