Note To Self: Update README tables for DLC List

Making this issue real fast to update the markdown tables I use for the DLC list for both games.

We're getting to the point it's making the README kinda long, so I'm going to add two columns for now for both games while keeping them in such a way to their release date. This is why the states and region DLC for both games don't appear in alphabetical order.

Just to give an idea of the format:

American Truck Sim

This will be more of a TODO at a later date as I won't be available temporarily pretty soon. After I'm back, I'll do this table bit by that point. (honestly it won't take long, but I've got other things to do currently, so can't put a bit of focus on this right now) However, if someone wants to do it for me, by all means.
