We have some teachers that are interested in using videonotes to help students take notes on some of their videos. They wanted to know if it was possible to pre-fill the video URL using a link in order to make linking from within courses to individual videos easier, but I don't see such a feature advertised anywhere, so I figured I'd make an enhancement request.

I don't think videonotes allows this for now.
I am working on a project named speecheo which allows to do what you want.
You can request a beta access on our website, and I'll be happy to take it from here and know more what exactly you are looking for.
If you use Google Drive, you can create a videonote template--and then use the Doctopus script in a roster spreadsheet to distribute copies to classes/groups/individuals, etc. Just did it this week!
