Acceptance Criteria:

  • Reduce redundancy by turning mod tools into a builder @NaShBe
  • Replace existing divs with mUI
  • New handcrafted icons for mod groups, move away from FontAwesome @Ammico
  • Decentralize mod tools: setup-related tools go onto Learn/Setup/[id], player-related tools go onto User page, etc etc
