ODMR setup

Last week Prithvi and Florian helped me to update qudi my setup. Now the scanner and time series work well. However, ODMR seems not to work. I attached the odmr from old and new qudi.

I think there might be something wrong in the config file.
anyone can help? thanks a lot!

Hi Jingfu, can you please attach your configuration? Especially the cw ODMR related parts.
Is the PL channel correct? In the image on the old version the level from confocal scan to ODMR looks somewhat different. Otherwise there could be an issue with the microwaves. Can you check if there is any MW output? If not, it might be connected not correctly in the config.

@NicolasStaudenmaier Should we maybe extend the setup doc to make clear that sample_clock_output refers to the nicard output that is connected to the SMIQ TTL input?
