Multiple screen with primary top screen and no-hide bottom dock breaks screen boundary #67

Hello, I have a three monitor setup on one NVIDIA card

02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation TU116 [GeForce GTX 1660 Ti] (rev a1)

My screens are as such are as such:

The bottom panel is not set to auto-hide

With this setup, the bottom->top screen boundary is broken, and apps cannot maximise on bottom display

If the panel is set to auto-hide, issue is not present

Ah, I did not think to go look there for the same bug ;) thanks for pointing that one out.
