Search bar does not autocomplete when logged in using Safari

I'm talking about the "Search courses/friends/professors" bar, using Safari.
When not logged in to Facebook, the bar autocompletes courses normally. However, after signing in with facebook, the bar does not give any suggestions and pressing enter does not search.

The bar works fine in Firefox.
