see src/pages/resources/index.tsx

The page should show all of the resources that DataSoc and their attributes.
The backend route /resources gets all the information you need.

Each resource has to have a publish, edit and delete button associated with it.
The page needs buttons to add a new resource and sort resources by creation date.
