At this point, your forks may be several commits behind this dev branch, the upstream repo from your fork (see screenshot below). We recommend syncing your fork to see the latest changes and before you make any new commits; see the second bullet point under Making Changes for more info.

When you're ready to submit a PR of your own commits (e.g., a new team member profile), see the third bullet point under Making Changes for more info.
