The Quick Links in the top of the spec page are broken.
The id of one of the h1:s is 3-concepts-group while the anchor goes to #3-Concepts-Group.
Anchors are case sensitive.

Actually, that https://unece.github.io/ page has outdated content. - Do you know how to restrict or clear it?

(It dates from the time we were trying to create an attractive GitHub Page (i.e. webpage) from the readme, before we gave up and created a html page instead that had a better look and feel.)
