Wherever an apostophe or citation marks have been used in a Definition, Explanatory Text or Synonyms they have been replaced by a symbol making som texts difficult to read. For example
In GSIM v1.2 the explanatory text was often divided into paragraphs, but these have disappeared in GSIM V2. See for example Business Function in v2 https://unece.github.io/GSIM-2.0/GSIMv2.html#business-function. This was sperated into 3 paragraphs in V1.2. Removing the paragraphs (unintentionally?) does make the text more difficult to read.

About quotation marks: For me, they render correctly in Chrome and Edge, although they are absent when I use Firefox. - Is the proposed fix to replace all instances of " with " and all instances of ' with ' similar to what was suggested in Issue#9 ?
