Contact simulation missing "alt-press" events

They were a hack but the event has been removed from actions and the unimplemented "Keyboard" rule is always activated. That is easy enough to fix but we've got to figure out what alt press events are.

I was using the Alt key combined with the click to trigger them as a temporary hack and then I forgot about it. Should we add a button to trigger that behavior?

The original contact had buttons within buttons. We could simulate that but do we want to?
