Copy "Code quality checks" document back from Lab 4 #768

There's a lot in that document that should be in earlier labs such as this.

It looks like we got rid of that document entirely, presumably because things had changed so much that it didn't make sense anymore.

We probably want to create a new one in the iteration template, and then copy the relevant parts of it back to the earlier labs.
