There are many repeated constants in our code. Some should be put into a library.

examples:
upper_joint_limits_deg = [170.0, ...]
default_joint_speed

Some of these can be defined in the urdf, srdf, or moveit yaml files, and defining them there as opposed to code could have some advantages.
