We want to automate the restarting of production runs on ARCHER.

Conditions for a job to restart:

Previous job is no longer running.
Previous job has run successfully.
Run directory must have a restart file (default name: lammps.restart)
New job must have a modified lammps input file, that explicitly reads in the restart file.
