from py.calc_ubi import ubi_reform doesn't work in jb/uk_ft_ubi.ipynb

I didn't have luck making this work given the scripts are in a different parent directory. Had to run the notebook from a higher directory. Is there another way without manually copying the notebook into jb/ or properly packaging the py script?
