Slack signup is confusing for students

Many students didn't realize that they have to "create an account" for Slack. Many tried clicking "Sign In With Email" without creating an account.

For 2024W1, I sent out an announcement with the following image. We maybe want to add these to the intro slides, update the course setup instructions, or update the Canvas shell.
