Team Member Contract

As a team member of Group 19, I hereby agree to the following terms:

• I recognize that as a team member, I am equally responsible for the success of the project and must put in effort to ensure that it goes well.
• Every 4th meeting, I will be responsible for taking notes, and posing an issue on Github summarizing the conversation, including action items.
• I will be communicative with team members. Should a split in opinion arise that cannot be resolved through discussion, we will take a vote. Dice rolls will decide any 2:2 splits.
• I will let strive to attend the lab as often as possible and let my team members know in advance if I cannot attend.
• Every week in lab, we will have a 5 minute reflection on how the previous week went to make sure we are all on the same page and to allow us to iteratively improve.
• Our goal is to submit the lab by the end of Friday at the latest and we should strive to meet this each week.
