I'm having trouble getting Gopher360 to work after downloading. Upon initial download, everything is fine, but when I try to reopen the program, I get the following error messages:

config.ini not found! Building a fresh one...
ERROR! Configuration file config.ini still couldn't be found!

Does anyone know how to fix this? If it might help at all, I also have a tip that says " Not running as an admin! Windows on-screen keyboard and others won't work without admin rights." which is weird because this is the only account on my laptop. I'm also on PC, downloading through Google Chrome

Please make sure the folder does not have any restrictions. Make sure to run the program as administrator if you want to use Universal Windows Platform apps.
