Add Search for Perks Affected by Perk Lottery

So when you look at a seed in Noitool, it displays the perks that are affected by Perk Lottery but you have no way to search which ones you actually want perk lottery to affect. A little box you could check on the perks you select to "mark" them as affected by perk lottery in the seeds you search would be nice so you don't get all the unnecessary results when looking for an optimal seed for a setup/run of your choice. Also a suggestion for this, maybe a checkbox or something that checks to see if all 3 perks are attainable on the floor of your choice, and if not don't display the result. This may sound redundant but it could save the use of "ors" in the seed tool specifically for the floor you obtain perk lottery if you wanna obtain the 2 other perks you're searching for as well. So instead of having 2 different conditions with both possible perk lottery combos to obtain all 3 perks, it would check the spreads automatically because you checked that box.
