About chat handling

Hello there,

I have some questions like:-

1.Is twilio provide unreadable message and also last message?
2.Is push notification user got message?
3. how get all message of channel?
4. how can I channel goes connected until user doesn't logout(i.e. same other chat app)?

I need create client to client chat app like other valuable app so please answered as your earliest.
