The shortest supported session timeout length (in milliseconds) supported by the TPer. A value of 0 indicates session timeouts are not supported.
What does it really mean when the value is 0? Does it mean that the TPer shall honor the session timeout value in the startsession method, no matter how low the value is?
Does it mean that the min session timeout value is not applicable and hence any session timeout value (in the method parameter) is ignored by the TPer?
