Some carriers also require this. When I add without the code, it will output Cannot read the array length because "buffer" is null.

Hello,
I have the same problem. When you want to download Vodafone (Germany) eSims, there is a 6 digit confirmation code.
How can I put this in the download process so there is no error?
Do you have found a solution, or does anyone else have one?

Maybe use some specific hardware (like Quectel) to activate Windows 10/11's eSIM profile management, but I have no luck getting this work.

Thanks for your answer. I have a company Notebook that has a sim Module. I tried the 5ber sim in it and there were Buttons for changing the esim profile and downloading one.
I tried the vodafone esim, but there was an error communicating with the server, but maybe my IT desk blocked this in the Firewall.

Question is now: is it possible to get this esim settings when you only have an Smartcard Reader? Is there a way in windows to activate it in the registry?

I found a tool that can download esim profiles with confirmation code:
