Text sensor (device info and reset reason) in unknown state with canbus and serial component on same device

Hi,

I have both canbus and serial external component on the same ESP32, if all sensors are working properly so I can't say for the text ones of device info and reset reason

If I remove one component (serial for example) the information becomes available again. I assume that it is some kind of conflict, since the two components are similar in this, but I don't understand why only the text sensors are affected by the problem, and above all it would be useful to understand how to solve it. If necessary I can post the configuration, which is quite trivial in reality.

I have both components on two different AtomS3 Lite. Never got Device Info or Reset Reason. Always unknown. I guess this issue is unrelated to our implemention.

Certainly not a serious problem and I was aware that it had nothing to do with the project in the strict sense, but maybe I thought that others had had the same problem as me and had solved it. Because incidentally to do some tests I temporarily removed the serial component code from the yaml file and the information magically appeared. Curious behavior, I will investigate further.

What has changed is that Esphome has done a rebuild of the code, when previously by making targeted changes it was evident that it only built parts with updates. Mysteries.
