Goal: Update Suggestion API to suggest events from text input

Background: This would be used to suggest events to a user based on the notes added by him

Tasks:

  • Add open api specification
  • Implement sequence diagram
  • Write tests for the new endpoint.
  • Implement the code as per the sequence diagram.
  • Handle possible errors such as invalid input or server errors.
