docs wrong for AccessLog insert

The documentation for the AccessLog insert describes some configuration properties for managing that log file. Looking at the source code, it's clear that at some point AccessLog was converted to use the same logging infrastructure as the rest of MyVD. So, the doc just needs that fix-up.
