Missing deprecated/merged RxCUIs

A bunch of RxCUIs are "unquantified" and mapped to either a single identifier (https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search?searchBy=RXCUI&searchTerm=1360051), multiple identifiers (https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search?searchBy=RXCUI&searchTerm=1741405), or are simply obsolete (https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search?searchBy=RXCUI&searchTerm=1482807) or not current (https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search?searchBy=RXCUI&searchTerm=378358) or where no active quantified concepts exist (https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search?searchBy=RXCUI&searchTerm=1362049). We should add these as part of the overall work on incorporating deprecated identifiers (#93).
