Causing too many requests of site (causing an IP address block).
Feedback from SO Team.

You may want to look into whatever user scripts you have running and make sure they space out their requests a bit more. You weren't rate limited because of your review behavior, but rather because something on your device requested the post comments from 14 different posts all in the same second. You might want to consider spacing that out a bit more rather than sending a load of requests all at once.

Adding status-deferred for now. Will look into this once I'm done the refactor on MTR2.
