Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a formerly attached 2nd (touch-) screen is temporarily unavailable on a Windows system and the App had been closed on that space before, the App opens up there and is now invisible.

Describe the solution you'd like
If an easy fix is possible: Open the App on available screen space only.
