 ## Brief
 On September 21st 2023, Valve pushed some untested, intern-level code to worldwide production, breaking modern Steam friends/chat for all Steam clients which use the FriendsUI PWA interop to `steam-chat.com`. This project restores modern Steam friends/chat to working order for those affected Steam clients, by redirecting FriendsUI to run a functional, modified snapshot of the PWA instead of Valve's broken version.
