ElevationMapDetailsActivity add MGRS Easting and Northing boundaries #136

The current ElevationMapDetailsActivity only shows boundaries in WGS84 lat,lon:

The app should be modified to show the boundaries in mgrs grid values as well (especially if the app output mode is in mgrs)

The ElevationMapDetailsActivity now displays DEM bounds according to the user's selected outputMode. It supports all seven current outputModes:
