Date improvment

Describe the feature you'd like
Add an option to customize the date format as we want.

For example:
DateFormat: dd/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss

I'll probably add this in a future update for non-americans.
Just never thought of before since in the US we use MM/dd/YYYY

it should be good to have this format too, but actually it's displaying a very long date that is not really nice to see in a message. your current date format contain CET/UTC informations, etc...
