Currently, we're using modern medical supplies with ACE 3 to treat ourselves in WW2.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add additional items that mimic the behaviour of the modern medical items, but are WW2 immersion accurate. These should be the British Medical equivalent.
Items to include:
Samways Tourniquet (Tourniquet)
Standard Dressing No. 15 (Field Dressing)
Gauze, Absorbent (QuikClot)
Shell Dressing (Packing)
Elastoplast (Elastic)
Morphine Syrette (Morphine)
Anacardone (Epinephrine)
Tannic Acid Jelly (Atropine)
Phenacetin (Adenosine)
War Department 1937 pattern operating set (Surgical Kit)
Regimental Medical Pannier (Personal Aid Kit)
Note: these are very loose connections to their modern counterparts. That's the whole point of medical innovation to improve from these. Where there's been no direct translation, I've tried to find the era appropriate medically similar outcome. For example, there's no nerve-agent auto-injector so the general anti-poison Tannic Acid Jelly is used. Anacardone was used as a respiratory stimulator, not cardiac. and so forth.
Put these in the framework, as they'll be just images for the inventory, so we can use them in training. However, we should add to the WW2 Config the body bag change to the FOW Bodybag. A "Fleece Blanket" and change the interaction display to "Cover Body".
