Big upgrades!

We are bumping the version to 2.4.0 as this release is a big upgrade!

• Use RTSP provided by the new camera stack to reduce the streaming latency to less than 2s. Set PTIONS=--rtsp-port=8554 in /boot/camera-streamer/use-default.conf.
• Printer terminal in the Obico app!

Webcam streaming fix

• Fix a bug introduced in 2.3.9 that caused some users to lose the ability to stream webcam.

OctoPrint 1.9 webcam issue

• Fix the bug that the custom webcam settings in OctoPrint 1.9 is not backward compatible
