Problem

Github/zenhub specific terms can be confusing and ambiguous.

Objectives

Have a shared vocabulary across all teams.

Proposed solution

set up a collaborative issue where everyone can add 'technical' words and their meaning/we all agree on the definition of specific terms.

28.2.2021: work in progress, need to finalise labels and readme.
I can't understand why I cannot edit assignees and labels on github/zenhub
