When config is true, User who places the chest is automatically locked to said user.
Bags when crafted are locked to the user who crafted them, if auto crafted, bag is "locked" and has to be set by clicking on a chest as always.

I am looking forward to this feature very much, but unfortunately, the author has not yet implemented it. This feature is very useful for servers. (Because it can effectively prevent the misuse of public channels and avoid interference when others are doing automation)
