<p>Maya is a designer and web developer from Los Angeles. She is passionate about creating beautiful and functional online spaces that make a positive impact on the world. She’s built websites for local startups and global organizations, like the World Affairs Council of Brazil and the NRDC’s Demand Clean Power and loves the challenges that come from working on diverse projects. <!-- She graduated from UCLA where she studied art history and design -->.</p>

<p>David designs simple user interfaces for real people. He recently worked at Gannett, helping their newspapers craft innovative strategies to use their content online and on mobile devices. Most recently, she led a team to identify and implement common designs in flight software to improve productivity in Lockheed Martin. She holds a BA in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a MS in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer and travel.</p>
