Add instructions to add to blogs

For various blogging engines, like Ghost, Wordpress, etc, it would be worthwhile to add a description of how to add the banner, that could be followed by someone without frontend engineering skills.

I just added the banner to my Ghost blog, so I can write down the steps for Ghost platform. What is the right place to add these instructions?
