Tweak language/dialog in chat bot feature

Needs to interact with user in a natural, conversational manner-- like a real person. Also her responses are way too long, almost overwhelming. It should not be clear that her responses have been straight up copy pasted. They must be at the very least, paraphrased into smaller, focused, digestible parts of 1-2 sentences max. As concise as possible. Think of the type of dialog between a user and Siri or a user and Alexa.
