  • if the site is under-utilized, someone gets on and there’s no on in the chat room, for example – increasing a sense of isolation.
  • “chatting” with mental health professional: will these be volunteers and how will licensure work for providing supportive services across state lines?
  • Will forums and chat rooms conversations be monitored/facilitated to prevent online “trolls”?
  • Is the site intended for family members of survivors, too? I could see a separate portal/portion of the website useful for family members/loved ones.
