[Feature Request] Playground/Article Series

As discussed in slack,

We should be having a holding page for the article/tutorial series

Example: If somebody wants to learn C++
He/She can subscribe to a playground series of C++ that he like
then he/she can learn at his/her own pace with that full article series.

For testing purposes on improving the site
You can happily use mine that I just started creating!
