Could register same sensor code twice #12

trip a new sensor
SIS report unknown sensor
add sensor to SIS config
no other sensor is tripped
SIS reports same previous sensor code as unknown sensor
add same sensor code to SIS config

Suggested fix: When a sensor code is added to the SIS config the firmware should clear the sensor trip buffer.
