Can't fetch more than 76 pages on channels

Describe the bug

When trying to get page 77 on any channel with enough videos, the client receives an 502 Bad Gateway error.

To Reproduce

1. Open a channel with many videos. For example https://piped.video/channel/UCsLiV4WJfkTEHH0b9PmRklw (Webdriver Torso)
2. Open the browsers network console to see the failing request
3. Scroll down for a long time until a request fails with code 502
